Oslotech AS business is organized under the parent company Oslotech AS with underlying subsidiaries. Oslotech is open about how the group prevents and handles negative consequences for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
The Transparency Act is intended to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, and ensure the public's access to information.
The law imposes an obligation on companies to provide information and to conduct due diligence assessments, among other things. A report on our work with the Transparency Act is published here every year, before June 30th.
We request that any information requests be sent to email: post@forskningsparken.no, marked with "Transparency Act".
For reports of any breaches of decent working conditions or concerns, please use our notification form.
As a general rule, Oslotech AS will provide feedback on information requests within three weeks after the request is received. In certain cases, the processing time may be up to 2 months, cf. Transparency Act § 7. The information seeker will in such cases, within 3 weeks after the request was received, be informed of the extension and the reason for the extension, as well as information on when the request can be expected to be answered.
Please note that Transparency Act § 6 allows that a request for information may be denied, among other things, if:
the request does not provide a sufficient basis to identify what the request concerns
the request is clearly unreasonable
the requested information concerns someone's personal circumstances
the requested information concerns information about technical devices and methods or other operational or business conditions that it is of competitive importance to keep confidential concerning the party the information pertains to
Any refusal of a request for information will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Transparency Act § 7.
