We offer meeting food in various options from breakfast packages, and sandwiches, to a tempting lunch buffet. Or how about concluding the meeting with some finger food or a dinner?
Do you need help with the technical setup or the execution of the event? We've got it covered!
We also offer extra equipment such as PCs, screens, sound and lights.
Oslo Science Park provides the guest network in our common areas, conference center, and selected areas. The guest network is reserved for conference guests and other visitors. Select the Guest network and follow the instructions in the browser.
Who can rent a meeting room here?
All companies inside and outside Forskningsparken can rent meeting and conference rooms here. We do not rent out to private individuals.
Can I book a meeting room in the evening or on weekends?
Yes. It requires a bit more planning to ensure that the building is open and ventilation is in operation. Please contact us for more information about evening and weekend events.
What is the maximum number of people I can have at my event?
Our largest auditorium, Forum, accommodates 160 people, but it is entirely possible to put together a meeting room package that includes multiple meeting rooms and streaming to other areas in the Park if you expect more participants.
Can I park my car in Oslo Science Park?
Yes. Oslo Science Park has its own car park, operated by OnePark.
Do you have a hotel agreement for participants coming from out of town?
Yes. We have an agreement with Thon Hotel Ullevaal Stadion, which is only one subway stop or a 12-minute walk from Forskningsparken.
Can you help us market our event?
Yes. Anyone who wishes to can have their event displayed on the screens in the Park and listed on our event calendar.
