Larger amounts of waste
If you have larger amounts of waste, contact vaktmester@forskningsparken.no. We can assist, for example, by ordering extra waste containers and secure shredding. When moving, we can help with dismantling and ensure the correct transport route through the building or placement of a container. The tenant must bear this cost.
You can deliver the following to the Environmental Station:
Organic waste
Do not throw away: Coffee capsules, these should go in residual waste.
Cardboard/paper/carton
Residual waste
Anything you cannot sort
Styrofoam
Combustible waste is what remains after sorting out paper, plastic packaging, organic waste, glass and metal packaging, wood, metals, hazardous waste, and electronic waste.
Plastic packaging, soft plastic
Plastic film is thrown into the bag rack in the Environmental Station. This is plastic that normally occurs when unpacking goods, and it can often be large volumes. If you frequently unpack goods, it may be wise to have a separate bag rack for sorting soft plastic film.
For laboratories:
Return plastic of types LDPE (soft film) HDPE/PP (plastic cans) PET (plastic bottles) should be collected in a separate 240L clear plastic bag with a tie. The bag is placed in a marked area outside the environmental station. Plastic bags are purchased by the tenant.
Strapping and styrofoam are disposed of as residual waste.
Plastic packaging, hard plastic
Plastic bottles, plastic cans, plastic boxes
Laminates of plastic, rigid plastic in the form of cups, etc.
Flower pots
Stiff transport packaging in plastic, such as when purchasing computer equipment
Do not throw away: Styrofoam, this goes in the residual waste compactor.

Access to the room via card-controlled door. This room is only for short-term intermediate storage of small amounts of special waste, typically in connection with laboratory activities in Forskningsparken.
A separate procedure applies to the room. Contact vaktmester@forskningsparken.no for more information."
